Low Serotonin, Depressive, Neurotic, Estrogen Dominant, Perimenopausal Woman Finds Hope and Answers

by Mia Lundin on July 25, 2010

“After years of going through… well I don’t have to tell you – you can find me in your book on pages 75,76,77 and 78. I am the typical low serotonin, depressive, neurotic, estrogen dominant perimenopausal woman.

“It only took me three years to find out the above. Your book “Female Brain Gone Insane, is with me always and I thank you, thank you, thank you for putting this thing on paper.

“What happens to a woman like me whose HMO so far has yielded doctors that prescribe antidepressants and sleeping pill (thank God for those, but I know better now)? Is it our destiny to become crippled by the declining of our hormones or to be killed by the synthetic ones? In my despair, am I being overly dramatic or is there an answer for the economically challenged? Please advise…

“Your book is PHENOMENAL and any advice you give me I’ll use.

“Desperately seeking balance,
RB”
